John, our senior partner, is based at our Bonnybridge and Stirling office. An audit specialist, his clients include several substantial corporate groups and a number of charities and he also has an interest in the construction, farming and healthcare sectors. Other areas of expertise include capital taxes, pension schemes and IT.
With all his clients, John’s focus is to understand their needs with the objective of adding value and being able to give them a positive outlook on their current circumstances.
John originally joined Dickson Middleton in 1992, qualifying as a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland – and gaining a national prize in his final professional exams – in 1995.
He subsequently moved to a multinational Big 4 accountancy practice, where he gained experience in financial services audits, before rejoining Dickson Middleton in 2000.
