To make sure our team remain safe and to ensure we can continue to provide continuity of service throughout this challenging period we have taken the decision to reduce operations from our offices from 25 March 2020 and to enable our remote access contingency procedures.
This will ensure we can answer your queries and minimise business interruption during these times. If you email email@example.com as well as your usual contact email address, then we will endeavour to answer your queries as soon as possible during these demanding times.
Our offices will be open for reduced hours subject to any decision by the Government to implement more stringent social isolation measures, but we will endeavour to maintain the following:
- Keep our Stirling office open between 9am and 12pm from Monday to Friday.
- Keep our Bonnybridge office open between 9am and 12pm on a Friday.
- Our Auchterarder office will be closed during this time.
This will allow the delivery of any important items you may wish to deposit or the uplift any information or records. We would ask that where possible this is done through prior appointment.
Our telephone lines will be monitored during the above times and the out of office message will inform any callers of these procedures and any subsequent changes. We would ask that you e-mail any urgent enquires to your engagement partner as well as the head office e-mail address noted above.
