To make sure our team remain safe and to ensure we can continue to provide continuity of service throughout this challenging period we have taken the decision to reduce operations from our offices and to enable our remote access contingency procedures.

This will ensure we can answer your queries and minimise business interruption during these times.  If you email headoffice@dicksonmiddleton.co.uk as well as your usual contact email address, then we will endeavour to answer your queries as soon as possible during these demanding times.

Our offices will be open for reduced hours subject to any decision by the Government to ease or implement more stringent social isolation measures, but we will endeavour to maintain the following for any items you may wish to deposit or the uplift of any information or records:

  • Keep our Stirling office open between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.
  • Keep our Bonnybridge office open between 9am and 5pm on a Friday.
  • Our Auchterarder office will be closed during this time.

The above offices will be staffed from 9am to 5pm on those days (but closed on Bank Holidays as normal).  We are still open for business.

Our Stirling reception out of office message will be updated to inform any callers of this change in opening hours and any subsequent changes.  All telephone calls are being diverted to our Stirling office at the moment.

We would ask that you try to e-mail your usual partner contact with any queries in the coming weeks as this situation continues and we will attempt to respond to them as quickly as possible.
